Radioactive Constitution

  We see in all the news of the Hate speech of the Tea Party Members.  Always the Obama Press Core keeps saying they will get violent.  I wonder if they are trying to get liberals to say they are Tea Party Members and start violence.  It is amazing for years the violence of the left during President Bush’s Time if office was ignored.

I remember articles where the Anti=war protesters where damaging cars of our servicemen.  Threatening the families of our troops that were fighting terrorism in Iraq.  Or the leftists riots during Each time the World Trade organization meets.  IT is played down. Yet here our press is saying the Tea Party people will become violent.

Violence from people who want Freedom in America over Socialism.  People who believe in the Rule of law not the Liberal ignore the laws that they do not want to follow.  Who are the criminals?  It is not the Tea Party Members.  It seems that during this era. That which is evil is considered good. Those who understand History and what has happened in the past is considered EVIL.  
  It is my firm belief that the Tea Party is a good organization. Looking to stop the madness in Washington DC.  Our politicians are tearing apart this country. They are spending our future.  This country is in for some tough times.  THose in the Tea Party movement understand the dangers facing this country.  They are trying to wake up America to the dangers of the spending in Washington DC.  WE HAVE TO HOLD THE POLITICIANS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIER ACTIONS. VOTE THEM OUT IN NOVEMBER.  

You the People can restore sense to the destruction of AMERICA being conducted by the DEMOCRAT party.

  This past week we got numbers that said Unemployment Rate was 9.7% for Jan 2010.  It is good to see a drop in the numbers but the underlining information does not seem to follow that people are being hired at the numbers to cause this drop in unemployment. We also received a report that we lost 20 thousand jobs in January.

    This raises questions if we lose jobs overall how can the Unemployment rate drop? 

Possibilities:

a. The government is cooking the books at the Bureau of Labor.

b. More people have exhausted thier unemployment benefits and are no longer being counted because the standard used to count the unemployed.

c. People are leaving the US because there are no jobs.   

Which ever the option the numbers when people look at them have them scratching thier heads.  I expect next week President Obama will be yelling for another Jobs Bill. The last thing we need is Washington DC spending more money.  This will increase market uncertainty. It will mean Investors will have more doubts and slow down any investment plans to see what Washington will do.
  We can not buy our way into prosperity.  Tax money is not unlimited. Printing pressess must be running out of paper soon. I do not know if there are enough trees in the US to print all this debt that has built up in the past few years.  Raising the debt limit by the Senate before Republicans can get 40 votes to help block some of the issues taking place. IF they have the courage to make a stand.  If they could have blocked the debt limit it would have forced the Obama Budget to be delayed.  And tough decisions would have been forced on The President, and Congress.

So if the Government spends more and more of the GDP where will the money be for jobs.  Can not these so called brilliant men see that they are hurting our recovery.  That the spending has to stop.  We can not afford a Trillion Dollars increase in Deficit how are they going to pay for it except by taking it from the economy and blunting any growth that is possible.  We have a problem in Washington DC. They just love to spend other peoples money and they do not care of the Consequences.

Democrats again prove that they will follow their fearless leader off a cliff. Voting to end debate in the US Senate.  When will people wake up that the Democrat party is for theirspecial interests only. They do not care for the people except in words.  Their actions show they will divert the taxes we pay to the federal government to fill the coffers of special interests.  The US Constitution is written to state we are all equal. No special priveledges for anyone.  We are to be treated equally.  I guess some states are more equal than other states.

Are they part of the Backroom deals that the Senate is so proudof. All the wheeling and dealing that takes place.  It is about thier power not what is good for this country.   It as though if you are a Democrat politicians in the House or Senate. You will do whatever the leadership tells you to do.  I call that the “20 Pieces of Silver”  Betrayal of the US Constitution, Betrayal of the US People, Betrayal of Common Sense.  Because they feel they know better than we do.

I love it when Democrats claim Republicans are the party of NO.  When President Bush was pushing for reforms on Loans and limitation of Sub-prime loans (Those loans that started our current Recession) Democrats claimed it was racism. It is always racism when you disagree with some Democrat program that may be very questionable.  And those Sub-Prime Loans are still being required to be given.  Could that be one of the reasons Banks are not lending money?  Instead of fixing the problem of Sub-prime loans Democrats Leadership demands more of the same.

If something caused a problems you fix the problem not continue as if nothing happened.  Health care will be the same thing.  More people added to medicare program yet cut the funding of the program by 500 Billion dollars to pay for a new health care program.  Lets see more people less money. Does not equal Quality Health Care.  IT seems if you have less money for a program it means less health care.  Those programs that work like Medicare Plus will be eliminated.  Why it proves more health care availability for the elderly. 

  Could this Health Care bill be a means to balance the SSN deficit by limiting health care to the elderly. To shorten their life Span.   It makes you wonder.  Less Money more People sounds more and more like Rationing. And remember folks. Our elected officials make Government employees except from this program.  They get to have their current super Health-care system.  It is we the people who pay their salaries and their Benefits that have to do with less. We the people get higher Health Insurance costs due to taxes on the Insurance companies. Those taxes are passed on to us.  The insurance company is now another arm of the IRS. Just as the Oil companies are an arm of the IRS.  And they get blamed and the politicians can say it is their fault for the high prices. Hoping we will forget that they are taking billions in new taxes from the insurance companies to pay for their health care plan.

  ANd do not forget. It will be over 4 years before anyone will be covered and we will get taxed on it as of today.  We pay for a program for 4 long years before any one gets a benefit of this program.  How many thousands of people are you Killing Senator Reed by delaying things.  You claim someone dies every few minutes because they do not have insurance.   Is Senator Reed a mass murder because he will not provide insurance for  4 years. Or is this just another slush fund to claim of balancing the Bloated budget like SSN money is used today.  Remember Obama’s first year deficit is four times larger than last years Bush Budget deficit. And it is Bushes fault that Obama can not spend more money.

 Sorry I can not find the article but China says not enough money in the world to support our current spending in Washington DC. China is not a blank check to be used all the time.   The spending has to be slowed down. Yet every day you hear of more spending.  The Health care bill says it will cut the deficits. What a joke.  Historically any government program costs 5 to 30 times more than originally thought. Because to make it work they need more money. Not fix the problem just throw more money at the issue.

Foreclosures: ‘Worst three months of all time’ So foreclosures are up.  Some areas of the country are holding off on doing foreclosures.  Nearly a million homes in the process of being foreclosed.

During that time, 937,840 homes received a foreclosure letter — whether a default notice, auction notice or bank repossession, the RealtyTrac report said. That means one in every 136 U.S. homes were in foreclosure, which is a 5% increase from the second quarter and a 23% jump over the third quarter of 2008.

Which is very surprising is the number of homes in the process.  I found it interesting that of this number there is an increase in repossessions.  I wonder how many of the repossessions are due to the the reverse loan values. 

That deluge contributed significantly to the quarter’s record 237,052 repossessions, a 21% jump from the previous three months. So far this year lenders have taken back 623,852 homes.

Too bad there is no way to do a break down of how many of these loans were sub-prime loan homes.  Where the original owner used the home as a piggy bank to keep up with the Jones’.

If you want to see the breakdown by state  This shows a range from .02% to Nevada’s 4.35% foreclosure rate.  Nevada has a foreclosure rate worst in the nation.  California with all its problems is only 3rd on the list with 1.88%.  I love the title on this page Foreclosure Crisis.  We have a crisis. Correction in markets are now taking place.  There is a chance to pick up some property cheap if you have the savings and the ability to pay.  Home values are dropping.   King County in Washington State sees a rise in foreclosures also.  Realtytrac.com has an article talking about the foreclosure rate. And it breaks it down into 5 categories.  It is a good way to see trends.

So is the Housing Tax Credit helping our housing crisis or causing a bubble that will hit us in the the near future with another round and an even bigger number of foreclosures.  Now this Tax credit has been with us since last fall. A local blogger looked at the numbers of sales for our local area.     What is really cool on this last article is overlaying the home sales per month for the past 10 years.  You can see that home buying started their drop in 2007.   Is it the Tax Credit of 8000 or is it the lower home values that make the homes more affordable that is causing the slight rise in home sales.  That is very hard to say.   We know that politician will claim their tax credit is the reason but this article seems to put the numbers into the correct consideration.   Different parts of the country or even the state have various numbers to look at.  But trends are good to look for.   seattlebubble.com  is a good source of information on the housing industry.

We really do not know all the factors in the housing market.  But trends are taking place. Housing is a problem in many parts of the country but that is only one factor of many that affect our economy.   It is truely worth watching.  And the ever asking question is the Federal government Helping or delaying a bigger problem we have yet to face.  You decide.

U.S. troop funds diverted to pet projects  Again Democrats controlling the Senate diverting Money for the troops and our Military to fund their PORK PROJECTS.  They can not get funding for these projects because of the large amount of debt in the current budget.  So they will take from the one place they believe we do not need. The Defense Department.

Senators diverted $2.6 billion in funds in a defense spending bill to pet projects largely at the expense of accounts that pay for fuel, ammunition and training for U.S. troops, including those fighting wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, according to an analysis.

Of course our troops do not need training. They do not need ammunition. I guess our troops will have to throw stones instead of bullets. This seems a repeat from the 90′s. Where they cut defense spending so instead of cutting defense spending they just divert it away from our troops.

   This is not surprising.   These Senators seems to think their projects are more important than the troops.  Our military know that the current environment is very negative towards the Military.  Military is considered a second class citizen. Dumb and stupid.  But our military personnel are some of brightest of the current generation.  They know the dangers that face this country. They face it every day. Our esteem Senators surrounded by LIBERAL APPEASERS think that appeasement is the best policy.   This move in my mind means we will lose more good great men to the enemies of the nation.  These men and women face the evil of the world.  Our Senators think more of thier reelection than they do of protecting our troops. 

  Our current Senate is full of low life men and women.  Yes I said it they are low life. They are putting our men in greater danger by their actions and also by their words.  Our military may not be perfect but the standards forced on our military are such that their hands are tied.  They have to die before they can protect themselves.   Rules of Engagement are such that I found it a disaster and will cause more deaths as time goes by. Our elected officials putting restrictions on our military are setting up for another Vietnam. No funding or lack of funding. 

When it comes to PORK and our TROOPS.  I prefer to see our military fully funded.  Too bad our elected officials think PORK is the most important thing in the world to do.  Their actions in this case show what they think of our military.  None of these Senators should be reelected they should all be kicked out.  Why should they have jobs on our tax dollars while they are weakening our military.

 I see an article that really disturbs me on how shaky our economy really is.

Faced with that sobering prospect, the FDIC board took the unprecedented step Tuesday of proposing to have U.S. banks prepay $45 billion, or three years’ worth, of insurance premiums.

Here the FDIC is having the banks prepay the next 3 years of Insurance premiums.  That is a very bad sign that the Banking Industry is in trouble. I have seen articles talking about a large number of banks are near borderline for Federal Take Over. But no one is buying the banks the FDIC had taken over.  Now the banks they are taking over are small ones this week bringing the number to 98 for the year.  But  there are a lot more banks out there that are struggling.  Here you have banks that are near the brink of being taken over. And the FDIC wants the next 3 years of Premiums.  Could this cause even more banks to be taken over by the federal government.  And at what cost.    Keep an eye on what is happening in the banking industry.   It is one key for our economy to recover.  And the FDIC is taking more money out of circulation meaning even more slowing in the eventual economic recovery of our nation.

  We hear from the Government run media that the worse is over. The economy is recovering.   Now we hear that this is even more jobs lost to this economy.   Jobless Rate reaches 9.8% in September. 

Most analysts expect the economy to continue to improve, but at a slow, uneven pace. Government stimulus efforts, such as the Cash for Clunkers auto rebates, likely boosted the economy in the July-September quarter, but economists worry that growth will slow once the impact of such programs fades.

The Government can not continue spending money to hide the real situation of the economy.   Yes this is the worse recession since the 1930′s  But Reuters will only admit that this is the highest unemployment since 1983.  Where they admit the missing link for this economy recovery is the employment numbers.   The loss of 263,000 non farm payrolls just for the month of September. 

Manufacturing employment fell by 51,000 in September, while construction industries payrolls dropped. The service-providing sector cut 147,000 workers in September, while goods-producing industries shed 116,000 positions.

Look at the sectors losing jobs.   But now the Government employment is losing jobs. Not at the federal level but at the State and Local level.  wiht 53,000 jobs lost in September.  The only sectors had an increase in jobs were Education and Health. Two area that are required inspite of the economy.  We need our kids educated and the economy does not prevent us from getting sick.  

If laid-off workers who have settled for part-time work or have given up looking for new jobs are included, the unemployment rate rose to 17 percent, the highest on records dating from 1994.

All told, 15.1 million Americans are now out of work, the department said. And 7.2 million jobs have been eliminated since the recession began in December 2007.

The recession that President Bush inherited when he took office was not as bad as we seeing today. One of the factors is that the first thing he did was cut taxes on Small Businesses.   Not more than a few months later 9-11 happened which caused major job loses due to fears of travel.   Our economy was hurt by that attack. But the overall affect was dampened because of the TAX CUTS on Businesses that took place.

In the Current Recession. No talk of tax cuts on Businesses. The worse part is THE BUSH TAX CUTS GO AWAY NEXT YEAR.   We will have a higher tax rate on our economy which will slow the economy even more. 

I love the argument the only way we can fix the economy is by government spending because they are the only ones with money.   I had this argument with a liberal college Classmate.   Sure but now the Federal government has spent all the money and currently is printing money with no backing to try to keep things afloat. 

We are at a very dangerous crossroads.   If the Federal Government keeps spending and printing money we will have high inflation.   The US dollar is being considered for removing for world currency.   So the one thing that kept our Dollar strong was other countries buying our dollar goes away.   We can face high if not hyper inflation.    Mexico had a very bad in the 1980′s and slowly recovered in the 1990′s  When the peak inflation in 1987 was 159%.  That is right a hyper inflation that destroyed peoples savings.   Because the value of the peso was worse less each day.  Spend the time to read the article I linked on Inflation in Mexico.  Double digit inflation or more for 20 years.  

So the current Democrat Congress is looking at taxes us on our ENERGY,  MEDICAL, and INCOME.  

CAP and TRADE bill is a tax on our energy use.  WILL THIS CREATE JOBS?   No it will drive more jobs overseas.

Current GOVERNMENT RUN HEALTH CARE PLANS includes billions of dollars of taxes on Insurance companies which means higher cost for Health Insurance.  The Hidden tax on everyone because it is Health Insurance companies pay these billions of dollars in Fees to pay for those who are not insured. So your insurance rates have to go up because you now have to pay for insurance for those who are being given it for free.   You will not see Federal taxes rise. But OBAMA sure is making certain if he can not tax you he will Regulate and TAX other groups to be his TAX COLLECTORS.    And yes to pay for the Health Care bill tax on high income earners will take place. 

The more money Government takes from the economy in taxes the less money available for our economy to recover and start to grow.   Our current future depends on what the Federal Government does.  The State Governments can destroy their state economies but the Federal Government can destroy the whole nation economy.   WHERE ARE THESE MILLIONS OF NEW JOBS OBAMA promised with the EMERGENCY STIMILUS PACKAGE?

The bottom line will our economy recover or go into a depression. What happens in Washington DC will determine our future.   The future is not looking good because it is the TAX, TAX TAX party in power.  And the spending is going to political allies.   The question to ask your elected officials do you care about the economy or are you looking to keep spending the pork hoping it will buy your next election. And the economy goes down even further.

  I do not know how things will work in the near future. But one project I am picking up is setting up an Old Time Radio show on a New 24/7 channel that www.wggrn.com is setting up.  I know no body can keep interest listening to Political Talk 24 hours a day. So in the wee hours of the morning to help fill the hours for the channel I will be doing a two hour Old time Radio show.  I have a small collection of radio shows that I have picked up over the years. 

The Challenge I face is that I have so many choices.   Looking for ideas on what Shows I should add to the lineup.   I have time limits of 55 minutes for each hour.  So I can do a major show and a few short shows each airing. Plus I have to figure out what to call this series. There are a lot of great OTR radio shows playing every day.    I am planning to play Mr. President and may add as an add on a show called New World a’ Comin’.

Mr. President is an excellent series of shows that talk about the real life experience of a president. But they do not tell you which President until the end of the show.  New World a’ Comin’ is actually talking about Black issues with a view seen in 1944.  I thought it would be appropriate to make this a one night show for the first few months. Then try to figure out a second show to add to replace New World a’ Comin’  once I played all the episodes.  

Now the tough part what am I going to do for the other 6 nights.  Feel free to add suggestions.  I am thinking of one night for some Comedy shows.  One night for Mystery/Crime.   Lots of great music shows were played with sketches so thinking about some of the shows I have heard in the past.   Suggestions are welcome. I would play what I like but that seems a bit vain.  If a person is interested in a particular series to show up in the next few months glad to have the suggestion.  The key is show must be less than 55 minutes and I have to find a few filler programs to take it to the 55 minute mark.   I have a bunch of 5 minute mystery and 1 minute mystery.   And discovered a lot of old music to add into the mix.  So I will have a major theme for each night but fillers will be unique and I hope non repetative.  I have hundreds of thousands of shows in my DVD collection. It would take thousands of hours to play all I have. So trying to organize and plan is a challenge but your help or suggestions will at least be a starting point.   

The cool thing about Old Time Radio is that the comedy is clean.  By that I mean did not have to swear to get a laugh.  Plus Back then the big hollywood stars supported our troops with shows and entertainment.  I remember listening to OTR reruns when I was a kid and even going to College listening on Sunday afternoon to a 2 hour show.  Once I have more information on where it will be located on the internet I will open a new post letting you know time and place.  So stay tuned.

 Why does CAIR get to say things like this in court? Do they think America is so dumb that they will believe CAIR lawyers over the news in dozens of countries where Honor Killings take place. It is not saying all Muslims are doing Honor Killings. But there are those who do.  Here is a girl who becomes a Christian flees for her life and Florida Judge believes CAIR’s Lies. Too bad we can not hold that judge accountable for what ever happens to the girl once FLORIDA returns her to her father.  

It makes one think that we have a major problem in the US with our Judicial system. Sure she is under age at 17 years of age. But will she be able to reach her 18th birthday.  This is one person who may pay the price of a Judicial system blind to what does take place in other parts of the world. I do not know but she is being forced to return to her family.   We can not tell what the future will bring for Rifqa Bary but I hope that her safety will be monitored but who knows.  Keep her in your prayers.

 Last update on http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/ shows that they have documented 14000 terrorist attacks since 9-11.  Will the MSM talk about it. No a Democrat President and Democrat Congress means that they will be silent on the subject.  Friday is the 8th Anniversary of this attack. It is hard to believe that it has been that long.  It is a day that affected me as it has affected millions of Americans yet America on the whole has forgotten it.  I do not forget and recognize that we have a problem due to terrorism.  It is a culture war more than anything else.   A clash of Cultures and Americans on the whole have not recognized that this is different than any other war we have fought in the past.  

The shocker news I saw was this article “Al-Qaeda Targeting Germany for ‘Next 9/11′ – Within Weeks”  The article had one paragraph which is very true about Al-Qaeda
