Born and raised in North Dakota. Lived in a farming community. Learned to love and care for the future of this country. Spent 20 years in the US Navy, with over 14 years on Submarines. Got a good view of the world. Instead of drinking at the nearest bar I went on tours to see and learn about those areas we were visiting. Visited over a dozen foriegn ports over my two decades of service. Strong supporter for Nuclear power. I worked in that field in the Navy. I understand it very well. Both the pros and cons. I have interests in most science fields and can follow many of the detailed mathematical formulas. Not afraid to look hard and understand the points they are trying to make.
Current passion besides Politics, National Security and the US Constitution, is rock collecting. I love to go out into the mountains and look for new minerals or better mineral samples to add to my collection. Nature has so much beauty. Whether I view it from a distance or under a Microscope. There is much to see and marvel at.
Because of my strong feelings for my country and fears that we may be going down the wrong path. I started this blog to provide what I see taking place. Our politicians too often look at a bill on the surface. They state facts that on the surface are true but ignore all the effects that bill can have on the economy. With a recession taking place anything to make the economy worse can cause problems for all Americans. It matters not who you are you will be affected by those bills signed into law. A voice must be telling all the People the real affects two or three years down the road. Cause and Effect is what I call it. These are not guesses or made up fears but potential problems that will happen and have happened in the past. History repeats itself. People have to understand History so that it does not repeat itself. That is one of the goals I have here at this blog.
The US Constitution is the key to our freedom in this nation. Each time a little of the constitution is ignored or violated you lose a little of your freedom. I do not want to wake up one day and find that the Government now can take away all my freedoms in the name of the Greater good. That is what Communist and Socialist have done in this world for the past century. The voices against them they arrested, Imprisoned without trial, and Killed. Millions have died due to socialism taking over the law of the land.
The other factor that affects us more than the US Constitution is Liberals Political Correctness and putting everyone into a group. We are all Americans. We are not this group or that group. What affects one group will affect all. Dividing us into groups and not communicating between them the lies of the Politicians are never found out. Politicians say one thing at one group and the opposite at another group. Always creating tension about these other groups. Just as Liberals these days call people who read the Constitution Terrorists. People who believe in Conservative Values a danger to society. I want to be able to communicate facts and show where I got my information. Let each of you review and you can agree or disagree with my thoughts. But look at the source data and not believe stories others claim. Learn for yourself and make you free from misstatements and lies. The Truth is what makes you free. The Truth is what makes us Americans. Distorting the Truth only weakens us and makes us easily Manipulated. Read, Study, Understand. Emotion is not your friend. Emotion only makes things worse. You have to decide for yourself what is truth and what is lies. You are Personally responsible for your own actions and inactions.
