Personal Responsibility
This is a Principle that I agree with Glenn Beck on. Our country since I was a kid has moved away from personal responsiblity for ones own actions. We each are responsible for the success or failure of our lives. I have had my ups and downs. Society makes it sound like no one can fail. If we do not fail how are we to learn to grow. It is from failure that America has risen time after time to greatness.
Yet we have people say it is not me that failed it is because of my enviroment that I am not a success. It is the evil businesses or that other group that prevents me from succeeding. Never once taking the steps necessary to make your own success. Instead do not try because this or that group is going to prevent me from succeeding.
Personal Responsibility is something we have to take our medicine. Government seems to thrive on putting us into groups. Then tell us they would help us but this other group is more special than you and stealing what services you should be getting. All the while these same government officials say the same to all groups so that other groups are to blame for Government no fixing a problem. Look at the War on Proverty. Trillions of dollars spent at the federal and state levels. What has it done?
Government has successfully made others the scap goat for thier failures.
Government says it will work if only it had more money. Has it fixed education. No it has added more programs that take our students further and further away from the 3R’s. Our education system is failing to allow critical thinking into the schools. They want everyone to think as Government is thier solution. That there is no such thing as failure. And time that should be spent teaching history, Sciences, Mathemetics is spent better teaching proper political thought. Liberal thought follow as a sheep to have your success slaughter at the altar of Liberalism.
Instead of looking at what a person does. People believe the words that are said are true. Ignoring the real person by what he does. Basically I want to be part of the in crowd. I am going to join this group because they look cool. Not realizing they are selling themselves short. They become slaves to manipulation.
How much hate I have seen in this world. Look at the riots in EU because no jobs, Can not afford to pay for school. ALways government you have to provide. If you take personal responsibility and plan. You will succeede. You can noe wait for some government official to hand you a job you need to go to job interviews. To pay for school did you think a job might help. Working part time to help pay for the education.
Obama talks how we should be like the EU. Where the elite rule and the people suffer. The elite have everything. Their fancy meals served by people. Where they can think and figure out how to trick the people into giving them more parties to attend.
Washington DC is our elite. They do not listen to the people. Congress makes excuses when they cause something that hurts the citizens. Sure they voted for the bill but I did not read it. I did not know those millions of bonuses were in the bill and now we have to pay them. I did not know that rules were made that if you accept this money you can not have freedom of religion.
Congress is responsible for most problems in this country right now. It is not the President fault except that he rubber stamps what congress gives him. PResident Bush was a rubber stamp. Very few presidents used the veto pen less than him. I think only one PResident used it less. He died in office before he had a chance to use it. Congress has been run by democrats. Democrats have been running the purse string since 2006. It take about 2 years for actions to filter to affect his country. Yes President Bush is partially to blame. And he did take responsibility for some of his actions. Yet those who wrote the bills and gave it to him to sign can say it is BUsh’s fault and hide behind him never take responsibility for what took place.
It is blame others for the faults of those in power. Point the finger. Stand up Congress and take responsibility for your actions. Nope they will continue to play the blame game. Dodging the fact they are responsible. They are the reason we have problems right now. They are the root cause of the current economic conditions.
Just as I am responsible to pay my bills on time. They spend money they do not have. The cost will be high to we the people. Be responsible for your own actions. Dont blame others. and hold those who cause harm to all responsible because they voted for it. Thier the votes that gave us our current problems.
